Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (the “Client”) and Infuzed.co (the “Caterer”) for catering services. By confirming your booking, you agree to these Terms.

Booking & Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable 20% deposit of your total estimated balance is required to confirm your event date. This deposit will be applied towards your final balance.
  • Final Payment: Full payment for your event is due two (2) weeks (14 days) prior to your event date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Confirmation: Upon successful booking and deposit payment, you will receive a confirmation invoice via email detailing your order and payment status.

Menu & Orders

  • Menu Adjustments: You may adjust your menu selections or final guest count up to two (2) weeks (14 days) before your event date. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
  • Fixed Pricing: While we offer customized packages, please note that the prices for individual menu items are fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Dietary Needs & Special Requirements: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements when making your booking inquiry. We will do our best to accommodate these needs.

Delivery

  • Delivery Schedule: All confirmed orders will be delivered on your event day at the specified time agreed upon during booking.
  • Delivery Method: Delivery is facilitated via Uber Connect.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are separate from your catering order total and will vary based on your location and the size of your order. These fees will be communicated to you prior to final payment.
  • Post-Delivery Responsibility: Infuzed.co is not responsible for any damages, spoilage, or issues with the order once it has been delivered to your specified location or after the Uber Connect driver has completed the handover. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure proper storage and handling of food items immediately upon receipt.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Partial Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit), you must notify Infuzed.co of your cancellation at least fourteen (14) days before your scheduled event date.
  • No Refunds: No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to your event date.

On-Site Services

  • Additional Staff: If you require extra on-site assistance, such as servers or bartenders, please mention this during your initial booking inquiry. Additional fees will apply for these services.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The Terms in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your event.
